This finely crafted new-build home was delivered on a tight infill plot within a Victorian neighbourhood, requiring a sensitive approach to both design and construction. Working closely with the architect and client, we delivered a contemporary residence that blends effortlessly into its historic context, combining traditional proportions with modern detailing and high-performance materials.

Key features include a technically complex brick façade with dentil and recessed panels, a varied roofscape of slate, zinc, and green roofing, and full-height glazing to the rear that connects to a landscaped terrace. Internally, the home offers light-filled, well-proportioned spaces with bespoke finishes throughout.

Despite logistical challenges posed by the narrow site, our team delivered with precision and care, showcasing our expertise in building high-quality, architecturally ambitious homes in sensitive urban settings.
