Traditional New Build Country House, Goring
Set at the end of a private lane near the river in Goring, this large new-build home was designed and delivered to the highest standard. Built on the edge of a flood plain, the project required advanced planning and construction techniques, including raised ground levels, engineered drainage, and waterproofing.
The house features a traditional brick and flint façade with bespoke timber glazing and a structural steel frame supporting expansive open-plan interiors. Inside, the property includes six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and standout features such as a large open-plan kitchen/living area, a study with custom joinery, and a gym — all finished to an exceptional specification.
A garage and landscaped courtyard provide front access, while the rear opens to landscaped gardens and two first-floor balconies with river views. Hard and soft landscaping ensures the house blends seamlessly into its surroundings.
This project reflects our expertise in delivering high-quality, architect-designed homes that meet both environmental and structural challenges.
