About This Project

Project Overview: Renovation & Extension to Victorian Villa, linked studio and workspace.

This project involved the full renovation and extension of a distinguished Victorian villa in Park Town, Oxford. Set on a tight urban site with restricted access, we delivered a high-quality two-storey rear extension, significantly enhancing living space.

A key feature is a linked, double-height studio with mezzanine, created through the full refurbishment of an adjacent building.

The scheme carefully blends restored period features with contemporary elements—including reclaimed timber floors, a modern kitchen beneath a large rooflight, and a masonry façade built with reclaimed brick and stone details.

This complex build exemplifies our expertise in sensitive heritage settings.
