This bespoke new build residence exemplifies our commitment to delivering high-spec, design-led homes with precision and craftsmanship. From initial groundwork to final finishes, we managed every phase of the project in close collaboration with the client, architect, and design team.

Constructed with a cast concrete frame and high-performance insulation, the home features expansive open-plan interiors, bespoke joinery, high-spec glazing, and full smart home integration. Sustainable technologies, including underfloor heating and advanced energy management systems, ensure comfort and efficiency.

This innovative project centres on a striking exposed timber-concrete composite roof, combining LVL beams and precast concrete planks to deliver both structural efficiency and architectural elegance. A refined expression of hybrid engineering, the design celebrates material honesty and construction logic.

Midway through the build, a swimming pool was seamlessly incorporated into the programme, alongside landscaped grounds and architectural lighting—enhancing both function and visual impact.
